TRUFFLE DINNER WITH GROUNDED TABLE
Truffle season, celebrated at the table
Join us for an intimate Oregon Truffle & Wine Dinner at Grounded Table, where one of winter’s most fleeting ingredients is honored through a menu crafted by Chef Sarah Schafer and Chef Brett Uniss.
The evening opens with bites and bubbles featuring sparkling wine from Kate Payne-Brown, then unfolds course by course with thoughtfully paired wines from Grant Coulter of Hundred Suns, celebrating the depth and beauty of the Willamette Valley.
This is a four-course dinner with wine pairings included. Bar or communal seating is available, and a full bar will be open throughout the evening.

ARDEN RESTAURANT: Hundred Suns Winemaker Dinner
In 2024, we spent the year working with the team at Arden. They sorted fruit on the line with us, punched-down fermenters, and foot stomped in whole cluster tanks. Come spring, they tasted barrels in our cellar and came up with the perfect cuvée for their cuisine. We’ve bottled that wine for them as the Arden Cuvée and this dinner will be its grand release. We’re inviting you to join us.
